PERSONAL
Born in 1950 in Shreveport,
Louisiana. Joe Bleich was graduated
from Ruston High School, Louisiana
Tech University and earned his
Juris Doctor from the LSU Law
School in 1973, serving as President
of the LSU Law School his senior
year. Judge Bleich has been married
31 years, to Pandy Olinde of
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is
the father of four children,
a proud father-in-law and a grandfather
of two.
