Mr. Bleich is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court and all state and appellate courts in Louisiana. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Lincoln Parish Bar Association and the Fred Fudickar Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

PERSONAL:

Mr. Burnett is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana Tech University and Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is a founding member of Crossroads Church of Ruston, and is married to the former Amy Moreland Smith of Ruston, Louisiana. Wade and Amy are the proud parents of three young children.

In 2005, Wade was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness that ultimately caused him to transition out of the practice of law. He now works at the church that he helped found, and you can connect with him through either of the sites below:
