Joe Bleich established his mediation practice in January 1997. Since then, he has mediated over 600 cases with a success rate in excess of 90%. He has ­ provided effective mediation of claims, both before and after litigation has begun, in the traditional areas of dispute, including business disputes; community property, child custody and divorce disputes; disputes between and among contractors, subcontractors, material providers and laborers; mass tort litigation; medical and legal malpractice; owner-contractor disputes; probate, wills and estate conflicts; insurance coverage prob­lems; products liability; unemployment dis­putes; and worker's compensation.

Mr. Bleich has had extensive experience for over 15 years in resolving disputes of every kind and nature, both from a fact-finding and legal standpoint, as a trial judge and as a justice of the Louisana Supreme Court. Additional mediation and negotiation skills were developed as a member of the Louisiana Legis­lature.
