Several of our attorneys
have served in the
criminal justice system
as prosecutors during
their respective careers,
including service as
First Assistant District
Attorney for the 3rd
Judicial District.
Additional experience
in criminal defense
cases has included
trials involving murder,
armed robbery and negligent
homicide cases. The
experience gained in
trying cases before
North Louisiana juries,
including homicide
cases and the largest
narcotics prosecution
in North Louisiana,
is invaluable for these
attorneys when preparing
for trial.
In addition, our
attorneys also have
the benefit of the

- Argued appeal that
established new and
separate tort-based
cause of action under
the Louisiana Workers
Compensation Act.
- Served as trial
and appellate counsel
in case extending authority
of state to seize drug
money in civil forfeiture
proceedings.

cases on the professional
duty owed by an attorney
